The complexity of the design supervisory controllers for today’s high-tech systems is ever increasing with rise in demands higher safety and functionality. Supervisory control synthesis enables engineer to automatically generate a controller from model plant requirements. Although theory an active research area, number industrial applications remains relatively low. One main reasons this lack guidelines practical theory, especially case large-scale numerous components complex dependencies. In paper, are given process obtaining validating controller, more specifically isomorphisms. Systems isomorphisms high degree symmetry repetitiveness their components, such as manufacturing lines parallel processing or infrastructural repeating modules. This paper shows how coordination between steps system improves efficiency quality end result, isomorphism can be exploited these steps. demonstrated by study related Eerste Heinenoordtunnel, road tunnel Netherlands. modeling requirements, performing reduction based on system, synthesizing means simulation.
